About us

We have been focusing on Colombian coffee for more than 15 years, from growing through processing to final roasting. This challenging process includes:

Growing

Coffee is grown at approximately 17 to 24 degrees Celsius. Harvesting season is not limited and beans are harvested all year round. The quality of the coffee depends also on the harvesting method, therefore only the fully ripe coffee cherries are picked by hand.

Processing of green coffee

We only use wet processing. Properly soaked and washed coffee known as “pergamino” is left to dry. The dried product is then peeled using peeling machines. The peeled beans are then sorted and finally bagged. Each bag contains 70 kg of coffee beans.

Roasting

We roast the beans according to our customers’ requirements: usually white, medium or dark roast.
